Every table is made to order and shipped with care. Here is what to expect from confirmation to your doorstep.
Where we deliver
We deliver across all 27 European Union countries with insured doorstep delivery.
In Türkiye we deliver to all 81 provinces, with optional professional installation. Installation is not available in Europe.
Lead time
Each piece is built to order. Delivery typically takes six to eight weeks from order confirmation, including production and transport.
Once your piece is ready, we share an estimated delivery window with you. Custom sizes may add a little time.
Packaging
Ceramic surfaces and wood bases are crated and corner-protected for transport. Packaging is designed to be opened calmly, without tools where possible.
Doorstep delivery
In Europe, delivery is to your door. The carrier arranges a window with you in advance. For upper floors without lift access or narrow entrances, let us know ahead of time so we can plan.
Insured shipping
Every European shipment is insured for transport. If something is damaged on the way, the cost is never yours.
If something is wrong
Inspect your piece on arrival. If there is transport damage, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair or replacement — this is on us, not on you.
