Every table is made to order and shipped with care. Here is what to expect from confirmation to your doorstep.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. France and further European countries will follow as we expand.
If your country is not listed yet, contact us — we can often arrange forwarding for larger orders.
Lead time
Each piece is built to order. Expect three to five weeks of production, plus shipping time depending on destination.
You receive a confirmed dispatch window once production begins. Custom sizes may add a little time.
Packaging
Ceramic surfaces and wood bases are crated and corner-protected for transport. Packaging is designed to be opened calmly, without tools where possible.
Doorstep delivery
Delivery is to your door. The carrier will arrange a window with you in advance. For upper floors without lift access, let us know ahead of time so we can plan.
If something is wrong
Inspect your table on arrival. If there is transport damage, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair or replacement — this is on us, not on you.
