BUYER: The consumer placing the order, whose details appear on the order form.

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from www.hazelform.com — whose characteristics and price are stated in the order summary — and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.

The type, quantity, material, dimensions, model and the sale price including all taxes are shown in the order summary presented to and approved by the BUYER at the time of ordering.

Payment is made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the iyzico infrastructure, or by bank transfer. Card payments are securely processed in Turkish Lira (₺).

As the products are made to order (custom-made), production begins after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

The BUYER confirms having read and electronically approved the preliminary information on the product's essential characteristics, price, payment and delivery before ordering.

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product sound, complete and in line with the order specifications.

In cases of force majeure, the SELLER will notify the BUYER of any delays exceeding the delivery period.

The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER on the order form. Delivery times, conditions, packaging and damage procedures are detailed on the Delivery page.

Shipping and, where applicable, installation fees are shown in the order summary.

For eligible products, the BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, written notice to info@hazelform.com within this period is sufficient. Return and exchange processes are explained on the Returns page.

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or clearly personal needs — that is, made-to-order (custom) products.

As most Hazel Form products are custom-made to chosen dimensions, materials and models, they fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, defective or non-conforming products.

Should either party fail to fulfil its obligations, the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and Law No. 6502 apply.

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

This agreement is deemed concluded and in force upon the BUYER's electronic confirmation of the order. A copy is delivered to the BUYER electronically.
