Made-to-order furniture is built around your choices. Our policy is written to be fair to that — and to you.
Made to order
Because each table is produced specifically for your configuration, standard distance-selling returns do not apply once production has started.
Before production begins, you can change or cancel your configuration at no cost. We will always confirm with you before we start.
Damage and defects
If your table arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, you are fully covered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it.
Changing your mind
If something feels wrong after delivery, talk to us. We would rather find a solution with you than hide behind a policy. High-value decisions deserve a human conversation.
