Orders are confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. Bank transfer and card are supported for European orders.

Every piece is built in our own workshop in Türkiye and designed for European homes. We are a real manufacturer, not a reseller.

Every table is made to order. Depending on the configuration, delivery typically takes six to eight weeks, including production and transport.

Yes. Ceramic surfaces and solid wood bases are chosen for how they wear in over years, not for how they render. The Materials page shows real texture closeups.

With natural materials — solid wood, ceramic, stone — tone and texture are unique to each piece and may differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is natural, not a defect. To be fully sure of colour, order a sample — the cost is refunded on your next order.

We deliver to all 27 European Union countries with insured doorstep delivery, and to all 81 provinces in Türkiye with optional installation. Installation is not offered in Europe.

Inspect the table on delivery. If there is transport damage, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours — we'll arrange a repair or replacement. European shipments are insured, so the cost is never yours.

AR places a true-to-scale model of your configured table in your room so you can judge proportion and fit before ordering. It is a guide for size and feel, not a colour-accurate render.
