An order is confirmed once your configuration is agreed and the deposit is received. Production is scheduled from that point.

Prices shown in the configurator are indicative for the selected configuration. The final price is confirmed at order, including delivery to your country.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith. We keep you informed if a date changes. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.

Renders, photos and configurator previews are representative. Variation in tone, texture and grain is expected and normal for natural materials; we do not guarantee that the delivered product will be identical to the imagery. Manufacturing faults are covered.

We stand behind our work. Manufacturing defects are covered. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
